Daniel Hall is a multi-dimensional artist whose deep passion is to visually explore the relationships between the metaphysical and the physical; between Pneuma and humanity.  He works across disciplines of art to create experiences for the viewer that transcend the real and enter the incorporeal; like walking through a doorway from one realm into another.  His work crosses barriers of time, space, and energy to juxtapose humanity with spirituality using modern media in an almost sacred manner; similar to an icon.

Quantum physics provides knowledge that the universe is a kind of expanding fabric that holds together, links, and strings everything that exists: seen and unseen.  In his work, patterns allude to the quantum nature and the divine effulgence.  They provide a perceptual phenomenon of what is invisible.  They make visual that which is invisible in our human experiences relating to Pneuma.

 

The radial designs create a kind of radiance.  Refulgence that surrounds a human being transcends that person and the space they are in with an ever-expanding sense of spirituality, divinity and glory.

Hall uses materials that are reflective of divinity in their purity and that serve as conductors for light.  24K gold, fine silver, copper, and gemstones are incorporated because of their ability to carry and reflect light.  They are juxtaposed with televisions and image projectors which are light emitters.  Each material has the ability to transfer energy and move light from one place to another.  There is a rich application of these materials historically and often they are used in particular relationship to objects or environments associated with humans in space with spiritual and divine beings.
